Hello, I ordered a rush documents and it was perfeclty deliver so i gave it another chance with a bigger documents that needed translation and also the evaluation equivalency from my Bachelors degree. and this order was sent on october 7th and still havent receive anything order number is 1398801 waiting for that order or any advance thanks

Great service even in pandemic. They have 24/7 online assistant if you need help. Got mine last October 1,2020.
Extra-long waiting time if you use shipping options. I choose the shipping option and I paid for expediting, agent asked me for 100 bucks which I paid. I had to receive a link from the customer support for expedited request payment but they did not change the option to email that wanted. Now it is 18th days and counting and I am still waiting for my evaluations. Terrible. Only good thing is that the customer support responds, no matter if it works for customers or not. They need to give more control to the customer to choose what they want rather than getting stuck in their internal IT affairs that cost huge time and anxiety to customers

Perfect online website to request International Education Evaluation. I could upload my educational certificates with ease. Chat feature on the website was very helpful when I had questions about payment. Turnaround time is sooner than promised. It was great experience to work with IEE to evaluate my certificate They had sent my evaluation report by mail but I never received it, unfortunately due to the current pandemic. I tried calling USPS, tracking showed that it was delivered. I contacted IEE, they were so kind and helpful. Immediately they emailed me the copy of the same! I greatly recommend IEE, and greatly appreciate their customer support and the whole team!! Thank you Bilgi
It is a good service, but it would be better if they could automatically let you track your documents. I had to ask for my tracking number.

Overall Excellent service especially in communication if any questions come during the process! You just open their website, provide order number in chat.
We placed two orders for me and my wife for educational evaluation. International Eudcation Evaluations was super easy to use and super quick. The costs were clearly stated upfront for each additional service. I had a question about the documents and I reached out via chat. The chat support is fantastic.. IEE was very professional and fast to get the accreditation I needed. Would recommend to a friend to go through IEE anytime.
The translation of the documents are accurate, but when I was asked to choose the language the documents are going to be translated from, I couldn't find Croatian in the drop down menu, so I had to select Bosnian which isn't a recognised language in the world. It is sad that I had to select a language that doen't exist, over a language that my country has fought for years so I would be able to speak it.

Thank you for helping me with the documentation at the most urgent times. Joseph and Team very nice to me. But there are some things make me upset. There are many thing I have to pay more that follow which has no informations on the platform and I have to following by myself. However it goes though well.

They were helpful during the pandemic and did accept to do the evaluation with unofficial documents. I was very pleased with their service, up until today! They told us that if we got the original documents to them within 6 months, they would redo the evaluation at "NO ADDITIONAL COST". I am EXTREMELY FURIOUS. because they lied. It's the principle. Had they told me at the beginning I would not be mad. But I only find out AFTER they have my original documents (ONLY existing copy. My country WILL NOT replace these)...that there is a $15.00 shipping fee. I asked them why $15.00 when USPS charges $7.75 for priority mail. they just said that was their fee and that makes absolutely no sense. Since obtaining the Priority Mail envelopes are FREE from USPS and are at no cost to the agency.

Thank you IEE for evaluating my diploma in a very professional manner. It only took a couple weeks to get all my evaluation and all the documents back.
It would be nice if you guys can send an email when you first receive the documents. I was worried as these were my original documents. I had to call and ask if someone has received them.

I could not recommend IEE more, as they have basically saved my year. I was put in a tough spot because one of the examing bodies that held a few of my results in the UK seems to be beyond disorganized. I tried to order my results from them, but it was impossible to get anywhere. Meanwhile, deadlines at the American university were approaching. It seemed hopeless. That is when IEE staff member Maria Mason really stepped up. She really created from whole cloth the pathway that allowed me to apply and get accepted to my institution. The company site also has pretty much instant 24/7 customer service and everyone is highly knowledgeable about everything. It turns out that this UK examining body is infamous for being difficult to get older results from, but IEE found a way.
