This is one of the best company, Reliable, Affordable and very trusted. They are the member of the NACES, NAFSA and other international organizations who is not even helpful in USA but also in Europe and UAE. They did the great job only the the verification part is little longer but its not there fault, some universities take longer then the regular time. I also recommended my other fellows and family members who is coming to USA for education and there evaluation is accepted in majority of institutes in USA along with the government sector and other purposes. IEE is great fast respond evaluation company. I was afraid of many years to send my originals of diploma from Russia for evaluation and finally i decide to take a chance and risk. I did not receive my 400$ high school evaluation transcripts! When I requested to get it send again, this time as an email they said I gotta pay 50$ again! Just for them to fix their mistake and for me to finally get my transcripts, which I need to start my AA. I feel played and I would never recommend that company! They didn’t even call me back when I requested to talk to someone in management! Just ignored the issue , now I gotta pay 50$ more!!!! Terrible customer service
IEE provided an excellent service for me with lower price. It was my first experience and I was worried when started to submit my information in their website because it was confusing to follow the application process, and I wasn't able to find the "upload document" button online. But someone in "live chat" was so helpful with that. I sent and received my documents, whole process took about 20 days and I am satisfied with their work. Thank you!

From the beginning, I asked them a lot of questions by email and all my questions were answered so fast in the next day. They said it would take 2 weeks, but my education transcript was evaluated earlier than I expected (less than 1 week). Overall, I have a good experience with IEE for the best customer service.

I finished university over 10 years ago so when I moved to US I already had diploma in my hands. I chose this company for the evaluation because I could simply send my original document without trying to do it through my university. The whole process was really easy for me and I am happy with the results.

Have submitted the document on july mid and still waiting. I wanted to apply to uni in fall and missed it as they are taking a long time. Horrible and will never use this again. I don't think I will get it anytime soon.

They did their assessment in a timely fashion and was reasonably straight forward to use. There is no provision for other study to be recorded other than actual University study. Some Polytechnics/Colleges (as they are called outside the USA because they may not necessarily do research and teaching) provide academic learning and have degrees or degree type coursework and practical assessments which may not be assessed at all or the level of coursework compared to a University understood. In this regard it is really 3 star which is relevant to the cost. It would have been good if my extra papers were added.

I received a copy of my Transcript's Evaluation. I was just wondering why the non-American related subjects were counted in the computation for the GPA. It lowered my GPA from 3.09 from a previous evaluation to 2.93 with your current evaluation.
The end result of the evaluation was good and the report was very well presented. However the initially the evaluation was wrongly presented as provisional when all of the very stringent document requirements had been met. Communication with the company was fast in general. However responses came from multiple people and were often repeated.

I was searching in the internet for an agency that provides evaluation of foreign high school certificates to equivalency to US High School Diploma. I found IEE service online. I was happy to find out on July 10, 2020, that IEE has an online chat, with whom you could chat and asked questions. I was fortunate to get Robin on that day. Robin was very helpful, answered all my questions, and guided me on how to submit my orders on line. Robin even stayed on the online chat with me until I completed my orders, and confirmed that everything was in order. I thanked Robin for the excellent service. Excellent & timely transcript review. Customer service was very good except one time...the staff member was not thorough in responding, did not take the time to understand my questions so I had to keep repeating them. But I experienced this only once...I had very good experiences every other time. I really appreciate the review of my unofficial transcript copies, and the 6 months allowed to submit official copies at no additional cost. This flexibility is the best part of the entire experience.

I do not recommend this evaluation service. it takes too long. I paid and uploaded all the documents on July 12, but still did not hear anything from them until today, July 30. I just need a general evaluation of my degree for my immigration process. On their website, it will take 10-15 business days for general evaluation. But, it seems it will take more than 20-25 days. I contacted them but they said I have to wait at least a few more days (but it seems he could not guarantee it as well).

Actually at first I choose IERF to do my Evaluation from KREC links, I’ve had horrible experience with them, before you pay, they had somebody reply your questions, after you pay, nobody answer the phone and email, all goes to automatically reply. two months passed they keep me hang on, till now I haven’t get my Evaluation or refund. Then I check the google review. I find this company IEE, They really care about customers, each time no matter phone call or email, I got prompt answer from them. And just one week I got my Evaluation. I highly recommend this company: IEE.

I had a horrible experience. Do not use this service. They are cheap for a reason. They do not look at the documents you send but they make up stuff from their mind. Whatever they are familiar with, they will write down that in your equivalence. Earning money should not be this easy!
I am very satisfied, I asked for my credential after having a bitter headache with World Education Services (which I do not recommend at all, they are inefficient and do not give answers a day. In addition to that they charged me 20 dollars to cancel my application ). On the other hand, IEE in June made my credential before the expected time, in addition to that they are very attentive, they always responded to my emails and my chats and their price is even the cheapest I got. They knew how to deal with the pandemic and the COVID19 crisis, which was not an impediment for them and gives a lot to talk about as a company. They have my highest recommendation!
Generally, I like it but I don't know from where they brought a D evaluation in one of subjects. I never had D in my life!

The most impressive thing I found about my experience with International Education Evaluators was their effectiveness in terms of communication. This began the moment I created my account, they even offered discounts to get my order started. Their online customer service representatives make it very easy to get information quickly and accurately. They seem to be available all day too as I have contacted them at different times and someone was always available to give immediate feedback. When my evaluation arrived the document was very well put together and the paper had some exception security features. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them due to the ease of getting information, submitting documents, and their professionalism.

To whom this may concern, My impression of IEE’s overall services was poor. I felt like they did fantastic job with their website, so job well done. Clearly, I cannot compare your offers and overall customer service to your competition. But I do know I would not choose IEE again. Your service was average priced and only happened after I opened an additional ticket. You were incredibly slow and behind promised deadlines. The live chat was very helpful, actually.
DO NOT USE IEE! Their evaluators do not know anything about the European university system, they are using an outdated method; they do not recognize the three-year European bachelor's degree as a US bachelor's degree, and are saying that the correct equivalency is a diploma that does not exist anymore since 2006 (Diplome de Maîtrise). They refused to recognize their incompetency and correct their mistakes for my evaluation, now I have to start over again with another service (WES). Not only will you pay more with IEE than other services, but you will constantly question whether or not this is a scam - it is impossible to connect with any reliable employee of this "company" throughout the process.
