It was really helpful that IEE offered provisional evaluations during this difficult time. I needed my evaluated transcript in a hurry but it was difficult to send post mails to the U.S. from my country due to the pandemic. However, thanks to IEE, I received mine pretty quick through this provisional evaluation system. IEE took really good care of it! And I really like to thank people at IEE help center who I chatted with when I had questions. They were all nice and solved every problems I had throughout this process.

I had to evaluate my degree and transcripts. The IEE did an amazing job, my original documents came back to me intact. They were very careful with my original documents that even the envelope I sent to them were in perfect conditions. I am extremely satisfied with how IEE has handled my order for my college record evaluation. It was very organized and fast. I would not expect such service when almost all establishments are on lockdown because of the coronavirus pandemic. The online support was also very responsive and helpful. I had two credentials reviewed: My legal degree and a occupation specific certification. I was very pleased with the review on my legal degree. It was exactly what I expected in terms of the evaluation. However, regarding the occupational specific certificate, I was slightly disappointed. In order to have gotten into the program a Bachelors degree was required but according to IEE, they stated only a high school diploma was needed. Secondly, I was credited certain classes due to bachelors degree (listed on diploma) which shortened my studies substantially in class but I still got credited in order to obtain my qualification. IEE however, only credited me for the actual hours I spent in class which negates the value of the certification. Needless to say, I got the evaluation. Whether I was happy or not is not really the question.

During the covid-19 shutdown, I contacted IEE for translations and evaluation. Despite my lack of knowledge on how to proceed and with the challenging time, they were very patient with me and guided me on how to proceed. The way they attended to me gave me so much confidence in what they do and it was done promptly and with great quality. while I did pay for the service, I can't refrain from saying "a million thanks". I'm truly grateful. You can count on them too.
We had a feeling they have no idea about the Geneva educational system, and Switzerland in general. For example they thought it is 12 years, whereas it is 13 years. They compared all to the German system which is totally and absolutely different. They gave different grades for similar, equal courses, the communication was slow and unclear. A total mess. We had a clear feeling that they are not fluent in what they do but ask quite a lot for their services. Mess is the word. We are not sure where this will lead us. We gave them clear explanations, documents proves etc. But they are very far from the reality.

They did a great job with my high school diploma and college degrees. Delivered sooner than expected, among all the Naces member they were the first responding me, and made the process really easy. And last but not the least, the costumer service was awesome, so so helpful. I totally recommend.

Delays are longer than expected. Specificities of foreign programs are not taken into account (if it is a very selective program for example) so the evaluation of the transcripts does not reflect the actual profile of the candidate. IEE just looks at tables to evaluate grades which makes no sense and it is outrageously expensive for what it is. In addition, I regret that it is impossible to order only an email copy of the evaluation but it is, once again, a strategy to make more money because IEE knows that clients don't have a choice but order it anyway. The only positive comment I could make is that communication with someone is easy thanks to the chat box.

There is one concern that I believe needs clarification. The evaluation category is provisional and after 6 months your agency would require said documents to be sent from the institutions of study. This is understood! However, does this mean an additional cost for the "new service."

My request for evaluation of a Master's degree earned in South Korea was given to IEE at a time when the Corona virus was spreading rapidly. IEE was actually not my first choice, working from a list of US DoD accepted agencies that specialize in this service. However, after looking at several others, they were the first agency that was still operating as usual without notices to expect delays. On my end, I found that getting physical transcripts from the university in Korea was going to be a problem. Despite some delay on my end, and based on scans, IEE evaluated my degree promptly and issued a provisional evaluation, which allowed me to apply to several jobs in the U.S. that I was qualified for, but otherwise would not have been, if not for their timely evaluation and personal nature of their great customer service. I highly recommend this agency to anyone/everyone.

Evaluation completed adequately even though my BSc degree transcript from Pakistan is old traditional type and difficult to interpret but IEE did it professionally, followed time frame very well, followed suitable grade conversion table. And most importantly online chat, which is always available to help and very cooperative. I will be happy to use IEE again and recommending to other as well.

IEE was very responsive and processed my request very promptly. Because of Corona virus, there was a huge delay obtaining the documentation from my university and so the team at IEE was able to start evaluating an electronic copy I was able to provide them until the originals finally made it. I kept checking in periodically because that is the type of person I am. The customer service team through the online chat were very prompt at responding to me, as well as sending me emails to keep me updated. I highly recommend the service.
