I had WES as my evaluation agency first. They did a terrible job. I switched and they did such an amazing job, answering every time I was concerned and I got my evaluation just in a few days.

Excelente customer service and very quickly all the process
The service was extremely professional, the transcripts were sent in a timely fashion and the team was very responsive with any query that I posted. I would definitely recommend IEE over others as I did not have a pleasant experience with other services that I had tried in the past for my wife's degree evaluation.

I have evaluated my foreign crediential for further education from IEE. I was so curious that whether my evaluation will be done correctly or not and I am completey satisfied by the evaluation done by IEE. I received my evaluation report couple of days ago. It was good and organized. It was an amazing experience. Everything went really well. I was concerned about my original documents but they were mailed to me safe and sound with the evaluation report. Moreover,the customer service is really good. I asked them about my evaluation after every single day but they always responded in a very nice and ptofessional manner. Above all, they provide the most reasonable services with least requirements and payment. I researched alot before getting my documents evaluated but either companies have lots of requirements or they demand alot of fee. But IEE seems to be a great company to provide ease to its clients along with providing best services. And they do not even charge extra if you forget to mail any document at the first place which some companies do charge. Thanks alot. I really appteciate your services. I had an amazing experience. I really recommend this company for evaluation.

I submitted my original certificates to IEE for evaluation. The evaluation was completed and my original certificates were sent with the evaluation report to the institution I requested the evaluation to be sent to. This is a poor decision indeed - for someone to send my original certificates to a place he is not sure I will ever be. I am now in a situation where I 'badly' need my original certificates for other purposes but I don't have them because of someone's poor decision. Moreover, I was not informed by IEE in the process of application that my credentials will be sent together with the evaluation report to the receiving institution. This could have alerted me to raise an objection. Instead, what I read as attached here is that the original documents will be returned to me. I remember also emphasizing the address for the return of my credentials during one of my live charts with the company Support team. I am really disappointed!!!

I didnt know that it took so much work to evalaute my transcrpits, but on receiving my evaluation I was in awe as so the amount of work that was placed on my order. I initially thought that I would have bad reviews on this company, but they came through in the end inspite of them having limited staff. Even though initially there was some miscommunication I would recommend this company to anyone.

A very bad customer service, they even hanged up on me. It took them 3 weeks to review this 1 single document, 1 page. Their communication is poor not only with the customer but between themselves too.

The time taken for the evaluation was excelent but the evaluation done was not accurate. Was evaluating my daughter's 10 grade degrees and received papers with 9 grade. Asking for a verification, but do not answer me back.
This corporation is great. Safely handling if all our original transcript. All representatives are so friendly. And great work and trustworthy. I really appreciate these guys for my foreign academics evaluation.
The timeframe provided was not accurate (overran by many days) Required several phone calls to resolve. After the delivery was already late i was quoted Express delivery to get it quickly. Just need to quote accurate lead times.

Cons: I have opted for rush processing and still, it took 2 weeks for my university to receive the transcripts. I almost missed my deadline for admission processing. No point in paying extra for the rush processing. Pros: Every time I reached out to IEE, I received some feedback. Support is good.
In spite of extreme circumstances (given the COVID-19 crisis), IEE completed my order in a timely fashion. Communication with people working at IEE was easy, and the responses were generally straightforward and helpful.

Although, the guaranteed timeline was 10 business days, my evaluation took an additional week. Could have been honest from the get go. One person on the chat feature available after login, conveniently ignored my questions about the delay. On all other occasions - good informative chats, people were understanding and helpful.

I am an international teacher and have had to evaluate my credentials with two other companies one for employment and the other for immigration purposes. This is my third evaluation and the best I have had. Their service and support are remarkable. As soon as you access the website someone is there to offer help. It doesn't matter if you log in 1pm or 1am. . They respond to emails within 24hours, and when you call someone actually answers the phone and try to help. Good Service is extremely important to me and IEE delivers. I highly recommend them.

This is one of the best institution among other NACES members, I have sent my documents to W*S and after nearly 2 months they were did not process the evaluation , then I moved to IEE, IEE services are excellent, prompt, and their costumer service is superb.........................I would recommend IEE for your future Credential Evaluation , Can't complaint .....................................
