The best evaluation company in the United States. They always contact you to make sure that everything is correct, and if is there anything missing they would let you know and wait for you to submit. And they also do the best in their ability to help you gato get things done. I used WES in the past and they never contact back, neither corrected mistakes in my documentation that were made by their staff, WES is rude and DON’T care about you. This company will walk the extra mile to help you!!! 10 stars for IEE.

The evaluation process at International Education Evaluations is straightforward and without any delays. I am very satisfied.
The evaluation was good, but I paid an extra $50 to get a “guaranteed” 3 business days review. It came on the 4th in the late afternoon. I did not receive an apology or a refund of any kind, which is disappointing.
IEE is responsive to questions and requests by phone or via email. They make every effort to complete all requests in a timely manner to support service delivery. The platform is not too complex, nor is it difficult to navigate. Finaly, I appreciate the updates regarding what files have been recieved and which ones are lacking in order to complete the ordered service. IEE makes the education evaluation process straightforward.

I received an email about the completion of my order (evaluation of my degree). It has been mentioned that the report has been sent to me via email; however, I have not received the report yet. I sent an email to the costumer service but they have not replied yet.

I used this company for their services to evaluate my foreign degree for federal government jobs on USAJobs. I needed my school to email them directly a transcript and my degree. Once that was received, things went smoothly with obtaining my evaluation. I picked to get it via email and no problems opening the document. I would definitely use this company again. They were very much on top of my emails.

Recently, I encountered challenges while paying an IEE fee through a website. Due to sanctions in Iran, credit cards are not available, necessitating the use of a website for the transaction. After placing my order, I received an email from Glazia advising me to submit a revision request instead of a new one. I promptly responded, expressing my concern that if IEE refunded the amount to the same account, the website might not refund it to me. Unfortunately, despite my explanation, the refund was processed to the website. Regrettably, I have not observed any flexibility from their end despite my efforts to clarify the situation. To be quite honest with you, I do not think you want me to leave a public review. Y'all took more than a week to do something you more or less indicated would take three days and the communication with your staff was less than ideal. I also had to follow up on an extended order when I had already provided the necessary documentation, but you all had not continued in the processing of my order. I mean, the job got done, successfully, but certainly not in any kind of timely manner. Since you no reply your direct request for review email, here is a public airing of my less than stellar experience. Cheers.

The company has failed to refund me my overpaid money even after several emails. This absolutely dubious! I will go ahead to sue the company if they fail to do the needful.
IEE had been very responsive to my questions throughout the process but the evaluation quality check needs improvement. I had to suffer a mini heart attack at the initial outcome.

Fantastic service! Super quick - took 2 business days, great service - they called ME! They were super helpful and knowledgeable. The questions they were able to answer sped my process up greatly. I will recommend IEE to everyone dealing with similar requirements for work or school. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for WES to respond to me after over a full month. My only suggestion, make it more clear that you offer digital transcript review through sites like Grad Intel. Otherwise, 10/10!

Initially I went with a famous evaluation company who kept me waiting for 2.5 month and delayed my immigration case. Then I submitted my documents to IEE for evaluation.
