The team was not proactive to inform real time that received the e-mail from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro containing the digital files of the documents required. Due to my work schedule, I am not in Qatar everyday because I am a pilot, it cost me a DHL fee to send the hard copies of the above mentioned documents.
I like it because I received an international call !! So we talk and explained everything about it !
Overall very good and we made it within the deadline. Very happy of the flexibility. Thank you!

Bad service !!! The evaluation process differed from that of other organizations. While IEE assessed my degree as equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree, two other NACES members deemed it equivalent to both a bachelor's and master's degree. Furthermore, the evaluation report lacked clarity and detail. This is unsurprising given the numerous complaints online about the quality of IEE's services.
They are the best I have come across and the commitment and report quality is amazing. I am absolutely delighted you served me.

It was easy and I was able to connect to them prior placing order with all my questions and they answer it patiently. And after placing the order , they gave me a call to tell me how to send the documents , how to send etc. I am too impressed as other company was not even answering and I was directed to voice mail .

After trying other institutions, I can rate IEE 10/10. They are simply amazing. Very good customer service. The service you get is certainly worth the money you pay
My application wasn't well evaluated by IEE I did submitted all documents but my national diploma wasn't evaluated was just my Higher National Diploma that was evaluated. I wrote mail and complained but I was told I didn't submit my national diploma transcript for evaluation which isn't true. Later was told to go pay additional $50 for revision and it's really unfair, looks more of exploitation.

Service was very satisfactory. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the website need lot of improvement. Also when I submitted the order the confirmation email didn’t have all the items ordered and the total amount charged neither could I find it in the portal

They are not bad, but unfortunately, I find it pretty hard to say they are great. I requested it with three days guarantee, so I suppose that my case will be completed within 72 hours after submitting my documents. So I called them. However, they said that they could not guarantee anything and said, "Call me back IF THEY CAN FINISH MY CAST TILL TODAY and FIGURE IT OUT WHAT HAPPEN IN MY CASE
