I am very satisfied with IEE service. I was in a hurry and opted for guaranteed two days delivery but I got my evaluation within one and half day. Also, the customer support team was very helpful and prompt. I would highly recommend IEE to anyone seeking credentials evaluation.

It was easy and I was able to connect to them prior placing order with all my questions and they answer it patiently. And after placing the order , they gave me a call to tell me how to send the documents , how to send etc. I am too impressed as other company was not even answering and I was directed to voice mail .
I wish to highly recommend International Education Evaluations, Inc for your credential evaluation services. It took me 5 working days to have my evaluation completed. After trying other institutions, I can rate IEE 10/10. They are simply amazing. Very good customer service. The service you get is certainly worth the money you pay
My application wasn't well evaluated by IEE I did submitted all documents but my national diploma wasn't evaluated was just my Higher National Diploma that was evaluated. I wrote mail and complained but I was told I didn't submit my national diploma transcript for evaluation which isn't true. Later was told to go pay additional $50 for revision and it's really unfair, looks more of exploitation.

Service was very satisfactory. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the website need lot of improvement. Also when I submitted the order the confirmation email didn’t have all the items ordered and the total amount charged neither could I find it in the portal

They are not bad, but unfortunately, I find it pretty hard to say they are great. I requested it with three days guarantee, so I suppose that my case will be completed within 72 hours after submitting my documents. So I called them. However, they said that they could not guarantee anything and said, "Call me back IF THEY CAN FINISH MY CAST TILL TODAY and FIGURE IT OUT WHAT HAPPEN IN MY CASE

Hello, I am from Iceland and there was one requirement that yall have of us sending in two documents from our institution. Stúdentspróf (Matricultion Exmination) in English and Original language Prófskírteini (Examination Report) But in Iceland we only get one report which is the Stúdentspróf (Matricultion Exmination) in English and Original language. We only get that document and that is also the only document our institution has and provides. So maybe for future Icelandic clients not have that as a requirement, will make the process go faster and not as complicated.
