There is need to improve on portal tracking of orders. Users should also view the progress stages to avoid frequent confirmations via agents. Currently only Progress and Complete status are accessible. Users can not track any other stages in between. The 3 days turnaround time is magnificent. Keep up

The results were very conveniently delivered electronically and met the expectations. Additional translation service was provided at no additional cost. Thank you for this! The only advise is to improve communication transparency, e. g. I was unclear about the status and had to follow up - it felt like there are multiple people on your side that are not communicating with each other and asking me the same questions. We need to avoid that.

As a student from Uganda Africa with a dream of pursuing a Graduate Degree in the USA, I can honestly say that i was thrilled when I was requested to offer my International Transcript Evaluation Report by a NACES certified Agency as my last credential to complete my application. The institution shared with me a list entailing very many Agencies and there website links, I visited there websites but literally all of them complex layouts and perperlxing instructions. As I continued to peruse through the list, I came across IEE Angency and opened it's link, I was jovious to see that it's layout was very much user friendly, with very simple and direct instructions when it came to placing an order which I successfully placed. After completion of my order however, I had a simple issue with my institution recipient but am happy to say that the IEE support team both via WhatsApp and Email responded effectively at all time and I must say I give special credit to the lady by the name "Maria" via WhatsApp IEE support team, she did such tremendous work to see that my issue was resolved ASAP and I pray sh bcsn be recognized for such quality and humanity work ethics.
