Despite me having the school credentials, an active Ontario license, and ten years of experience teaching high school in Canada, your report has determined I can only teach middle school - which I have never taught. Your report has undone my career.
Everything was great. I've received the evaluation in 3 days it was very quick. Non of NACES members could give the evaluation in a very short time. Whenever I need information I connected and talked to them.

I chose ESS to validate my bachelor’s degree from another country, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Their efficiency was remarkable; the entire validation process was completed swiftly without any hitches. From the initial stages to the final confirmation, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and competence.
My experience with IEE could be described as follows: a. Customer Service: The staff at the IEE customer service unit exhibited good customer relations, particularly Maria, Joseph, Sheryll and those I contacted via phone. b. Verification Team: The IEE verification team needs to adopt a flexible approach in handling subsequent issues related to my own over "acclaimed unverified official email from my institution", despite providing evidence beyond reasonable doubt. c. Poor feedback: The IEE did not notify me of the receipt of my documents from my institution until I requested confirmation from the customer unit. Also, IEE did not notify me on time following the completion of the verification and evaluation of my documents until I asked customer service to help me confirm the status of my application. The verification team did not notify me that they will evaluate the document sent via my institution email after insisting and notifying me to use verified email or another medium to foward my document. d. Incured Additional Cost: Following controversy over the "acclaimed unverified official email from my institution" the verification later evaluate my document despite their initial position not to verify my result unless a verified email was used. This made me pay additional fee for shipping my transcript via courier. e. Evaluation service: The Evaluation criteria used by IEE were consistent with the global best practice.

I appreciate how fast the evaluation proceeded. My university staff actually made it slower, but when i communicated with them the evaluation result came in a few days. I’m pleased with the customer service IEE offered. Chat assistants were always available (as early as 3 am). Thanks to the assistants I was able to proceed easily, especially the assistant named Maria.

I approached IEE on a recommendation. I needed to have my diplomas evaluated. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of service. My diplomas were checked in 3 days and I received an electronic confirmation. A week after the evaluation started I received a letter with the original decision. i wanted to get a review of my european medical degree... as quickly as possible. the MyIEE website was clear and the fees and speeds were straightforward. i prepped and sent my stuff, and i got email updates as the process proceeded --- fast and ahead of schedule. the whole thing was smooth and took about a week --- not paying for the fastest deliveries both ways. i haven't opened my sealed evaluations, but the online unofficial review looked fine.

I had called IEE to clarify how and from where my transcript should be provided. Initially during the call on Oct-16 02.11 PM, I was told that I will have to provide my Degree certificate and Consolidated Marksheet transcript from University as I graduated from autonomous and affiliated college and transcript from my college will not be accepted. As my university said they can't provide transcript for my Consolidated Marksheet I had to clarify with IEE later over chat on 27-Oct when they confirmed that my college can send both my transcripts as it is an autonomous college. The contradictory information lead to spending additional 35 USD for my transcripts from my university in addition to the transcripts from my college. It would be really helpful if the support team is well aware of the process and if there is a clear FAQ section for the same.
