The International Education Evaluations web page was easy to find. The website is comprehensive and easy to navigate. I was very impressed that moments after paying for the evaluation I received a phone call from a Representative. I was most grateful for the call, as it allowed me to both query and clarify information and the process going forward. IEE kept me abreast of everything that was happening at each stage. I am satisfied with the evaluation and the services of IEE.

Since I don`t live in the US it was very difficult for me to send the documents you were requesting.The documents were sent first by an authority of the University I attended but you did not accepted it.I was really hard for me because I had to send my original documents which will be not sent back to me because It will be very expensive paying so they can be returned to me.

I am an unsatisfied customer. The documents to be reviewed was sent by my high school through their government / official outbound email address, yet you require them to be sent through the inbound email address of the high school, because that is the email shown on school's internet site. I was able to convince the school IT to send you my transcripts through this naturally inbound email address as an exception. You should receive them on Monday. This whole back and forth delayed my applications by another week. Also, I did not get a chance to pick Florida Institute of Technology as a recipient from your internal recipients list. Please add this school to your list so we can select the verification results to be sent to them too.
