Hi! I have nothing good to say for this company. I placed an order over a week ago, paid for the 3 day service and today I called and they apparently haven't even started working on my file! Someone screwed up over there cos my order was placed with a Rep over the phone and they knew what I needed (A provisional certification). I have a School waiting for these documents to be sent to be able to contract me and I may be loosing on this opportunity. The Rep said they would speak with the people that do the docs but no time frame has been given on when this will be resolved.
The services are prompt and dependable

Very delayed service. I needed the documents to be sent in February but the order was completed in June.
I applied on Wednesday and got my soft copy on Friday. IEE is so fast

It was very fast and the pricing was the best.
I think my evaluation with my IEE was good. I loved the detailing but for the fact I couldn’t make out the way cumulative GPA for my BUST credentials was calculated because from my own calculation was supposed to be 3.47 but your evaluation showed 3.33. Since my time lapse for the use of the evaluation is very limited so I really didn’t wish for more time to be spent on it again. But in overall, it was good
From my prespective I expected you to contact the difference in instatiotions rsther than I would ask them to send you an email.

Hundreds of dollars spent to receive an expedited evaluation, just to find that it was created wrong. Waited days to get it corrected, while calling again and again trying to talk to someone who can understand that I paid for urgent processing and being told that the customer service has no way to contact the team that actually performed evaluation, then finally got it corrected a week later after submitting more documents.
The overall experience is a breeze. So seamless. The support representatives were awesome responding promptly to any and all questions I had. The application portal is well done and intuitive. Very happy with their service.

My order copies didn’t reach to the college i have to pay for extra for that and I still don’t wether that reached to the college or not.

This is the second time i used IEE for evaluating my transcript. First one was 2013 for my College transcript and they did really a good job. After 10 years here I am again. GIAN AND GLAIZA was the one who helped me this time. They are very knowledgeable and answer my questions clearly. They helped me through the process especially GLAIZA. IEE evaluate my high-school and college transcript (though they already did it 10 years ago, they told me since they updated the system they can only keep it for 5 years. The evaluation is out of reality. You do not really evaluate the equivalence in the degree. You just give the same score for everything.
I am grateful with the services and more especially getting in contact with Carl to guide me. I was a little bit disturbed about the back and forth about non veritable email address knowing well they were authentic email addresses of the various Institutions. Hope some of these issues get resolve overtime to get the best of services from your evaluation team.

Their services was excellent and they delivered on time. The only challenge is getting all your questions answered by the customer team is a Hussle. I think they can do better by taking notice of the questions asked by customers instead of sending auto generated answers.

I tried before with another company and it was really disappointing, they don't even have a contact phone number. I have never seen such an unfriendly company. This process can be very confusing for professionals from other countries and it is important to maintain trustworthy and friendly communication between the parties, since you are handing over all of your ORIGINAL educational records and documents to a company that will not even answer a phone call. I had to cancel my order and asked them for a refund. Then, LUCKILY, I found International Education Evaluations, where their employees answered my emails even overnight.
