Customer service as far as the on line chat when you visit the website is superb! I’ve visited the website a few times with questions regarding my request. Each of the customer service person I chatted on line were helpful and accurate on their replies. It’s like there’s always someone there to help you with your questions. The service turn around time was quick. I originally ordered a provisional report, sent my request snd scanned documents and I received the result the next day. I just ordered a revision report, mailed my original transcript and diploma today. I requested a rush order for extra fee, so I’m hoping to get the results back soon!

Hello, I hope you are fine. Definitely, IEE is one of the best organizations for document evaluation. But, as you may know, I am from Iran and we have economical problems in this day and age and the costs are more than our abilities. I have paid about 100 USD and you have released a result for my university, but it is not an official version and your colleague told me that I have to pay an additional 50 USD to release the official version and I am not able to pay it unfortunately. Your staff needs to be trained on the process for accepting the high school transcripts/documents. You cant expect Cambridge board to send you my transcripts. They only send it to high schools and it is the responsibility of the high school to send it to the universities or other organizations. I lost about 4 weeks because of the delay in your office accepting the high school transcripts and this delay may possibly affect my admission chances. As CEO, you please read the emails that my school counselor had sent to your office.

I was required by my employer to have an ECE in order for me to complete my onboarding process which was a week before my starting date. First, the evaluation was very fast. The second important point is that in the report you can see not only the US equivalency, but also an Country Overview, which describes the education system in the country where the diploma was obtained. In my case, there were also Additional Notes that help to understand what I can do with this diploma in my country and how it can be considered by the US graduate admissions officers. This was very helpful for the local US HR department because the education system in my country is different from the US system. The IEE did a thorough review, rather than just a direct comparison of programs using the number of years of duration. I really appreciate their work!

It was extremely expensive . This company was quick to tell you what they needed from you but then took 3 weeks to do what I would classify as the simplest evaluation ( GED Equivalent Evaluation ) . Also showed me the fee for Evaluation as well as mailing fee . Then when I paid g tv herd was an extra $50 dollar charge that I didn’t expect . I could have gotten it done a bit cheaper .

Customer service is very horrible! I emailed saying specifically that “I made a mistake on the delivery options” the reason why I contacted them asking for help to get my documents back but this person named JB don’t know what he’s doing and don’t have good manners! I even called the office and they just said they will email the payment link. I did not received the email even I called them already. And instead of sending the link this JB sounds like blaming me instead of just giving the link. It took me a several hours, days to follow up just to receive the payment link! 🤦♀️

At first,I was frustrated but at time goes on, the teams were corresponding to my offer and helping me out, kudos to them, I hope in the near future, this institution will be the best that has ever existed
I have submitted a document for translation and evaluation report. I got the first version of the translation and then the Evaluation report with good timing. Later, I found a very silly mistake in the translation part and send an email to the translation team. However, it took too long to reply to my email and correct the small error. I have also tried to contact, I can say, all the customer service via chat but all say rest assured they will send me as soon as possible, BUT not actually. With all this up and down, I can say, except for a few, all the customer service personnel via chat are so helpful. I recommend the translation team should be very active and met the deadline you put in.
I requested for evaluation of my foreign law credentials to appear for the bar in one of the states in the USA and IEE was extremely prompt with their response. They turned around the entire course evaluation within a day of receiving the transcripts from my home country. Thank you for your excellent service.

The service was quite fast. I would like to give a feedback on improving the website. For eg. I uploaded my document 3-4 times and still the portal showed the documents weren't uploaded . So every time i open the portal i had to upload the documents.

After submitting my order, I recieved confirmation phone call, where spesialist explayned details for me and my future options for official evaluation of my degree. and although it may take 2-3 days for my order to be completed according to the terms, i recieved my evaluation next day! The *****WORST**** customer service I have ever seen... You send your documents to this institution and you regret every penny of it. I had paid $320 for bachelor's and master's evaluation, but changed my mind when sending the documents and only send master's. They never contacted me about the extra money I had paid for bachelors, so I contacted them and had to go through 10 emails(all saying I will follow up with the admins!), and 5 customer service reps to explain that I had paid extra. Guess what! After waiting THREE weeks, I was able to get a refund. After a few weeks, I tried to add bachelor's since I was applying for a different job, and they wanted to charge me another $119 for something that should have been $65. When I was on the phone explaining about the extra payment in first transaction, I specifically asked the lady how much it would be for bachelor's if I decide to do that later? She told me $50 + shipping = $65. But now they are charging me $119. So to this institution, you have to pay $390 to get the bare minimum of master's and bachelor's evaluation. DO NOT use this institution for god's sake. They don't care about customers. There are so many other institutions out there. I prefer to pay $119 for my bachelor's to another institution and receive excellent customer service. Theirs is BS. There is no such thing defined for them as CUSTOMER SERVICE...

This was my first experience with IEE for my college admission in the United States for the Graduate program from India. I liked their service a lot. One good thing about them is their prompt response from the customer support team over chat. They had managed to answer every query of mine many times. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone who is looking to evaluate their education credentials worldwide. I did mine from India and their reporting was good, timely and accurate though it is a bit expensive but worth it.

It was an awful experience! Given we were expecting you to finish the process within 3-5 days and send the documents to the university. Although you let us know that you finished the process but the university never received the documents after 17 days from the beginning of the process and his application is rejected due to the missing material
