I am very satisfied with IEE, its very fast and reliable verification platform. The staff are good, especially the females staff. they took their time to explained things. The fact that they waited for the results to come directly from the said school makes them to be a perfect company. Though it took me several times to get the right information from the guy i spoke with the first time, but when i spoke with a lady, she took time to explain that the delays came from my former school.

I started out feeling very good because the turn around time after receiving my documents. However, that soon turned to disappointment as there was an issue with the evaluation that I have sent more than one email and also called because of the urgency. I was advised of a 24-48 hour response time from October 20,2021 and to date nothing. I am still awaiting some assistance on the matter and I would appreciate if someone would at least respond.
I used the services last week (10/18/21). I am pleased with the service overall. The staff was very helpful and prompt in responses - both over the phone and instant chat.

Colleagues in the company are very kind and support well. However, the system for customer page would need to be improved. I had to upload my document several times because the uploaded one was gone few days later and the page of status overview was not updated properly, which caused me to chat with the colleagues more than three times.

Professional certificates were evaluated as professional certificates however European vocational school is much more rigerous than the American vocational requirements. Had an evaluation of a Bachelors degree with professional certification. Downside is these are only provisional and covid put a kink in the works. So official documents must be sent in but IEE gives you 6 months to do so. All in all out of the four documents sent in only one was evaluated. Therefore i only gave a three star rating.
The process was efficient and went very fast. I am thankful of IEE and the work they do!
A very detailed evaluation.
I was trying to get my official transcript evaluated. Once I submitted all the required document (original transcript etc.) to them it took them 5 days to complete the evaluation. They sent one copy to me and one copy to the university that I was trying to enroll immediately. The original document was sent back without any issue. Chat support open 24/7 and very informative. Application form are very easy to complete. Submitting evidence online was also very easy.
Very expensive and not professional if you didn't get what you were supposed to get and ask a refund they will charge you 75 dollars from your payment. There are alot of better options around just do more research.
Prompt service and excellent customer service. I moved to IEE when an older evaluator became unresponsive, and I'm glad I did.

Thank you very much for the work done! It was fast and high quality, the price is average. However, the problem was that you need to pay extra to send my Evaluation to universities. I don't have that much money, so in this case I'm at risk of not enrolling.
I had a great experience using International Education Evaluation. I decided to use them after visiting the web page of many other evaluation company because I received assistance from the moment that I signed onto their page. This assistance continues right throughout the application process until I was able to complete the form. The service was speedy and my evaluation result was received in a shorter time than what was expected.
This organization provided a fast evaluation service with a reasonable price. I think the communication with customers can be improved. They sent me an email with the title: "International Education Evaluations| Shipped", and in the content they wrote "We are reaching out to you to let you know that your order has been completed." I was so confused about this email. Also, in this evaluation form, they ask me who made the delivery but I have no idea because they never told me. Besides that minor point, I would highly recommend this company for degree evaluation!
