Prompt reply and great attention in degree evaluation for my Ph.D. to verify that it is the equivalent to an advanced U.S. degree.
I tried speaking to an evaluator for answers to questions appertaining to my evaluation but was told that I could not, That was not satisfactory for me. I do not want to rate the service yet until I have spoken with someone about this issue. There are some questions that I would like answered. I was satisfied with the fact that I could speak with a life customer service representative when I called. The turnaround time was a little over the time that I was told it would take for the evaluation to take place/received, but it was not too long from the estimated date. I communicated with the company via telephone and email. The bulk of the communication was via telephone.

The customer service provided by the IEE Inc. was superb! They were always available to answer my queries. They provided feedback throughout the process and completed the evaluation in a timely manner.

Very disappointed. Showed little knowledge of the New Zealand education system, or the American equivalencies. For a degree that is typically only offered at master's level in the U.S., IEE couldn't even affirm a 4-year degree equivalency do to the 3-year Bachelor's time-scale. This shows no regard for the higher level of STEM achieved in New Zealand high schools compared to the United States. New Zealand university entrance level STEM classes all assumed Calculus level from their High School graduate entrants. Despite hints in my order to the effect that my degree was in "Operations Research" (the U.S. label), the response stuck with "Management Science" (a U.K. label). That these terms are exact equivalents is easy to confirm beyond doubt, and an International Education Evaluation for the U.S. market should be able to make that translation. I could never recommend IEE for any New Zealand graduate looking to enter the U.S. market.

The process was simple, quick and the customer service was great. I had a query about my status of my order and the chat service on your web page was very helpful. The only suggestion I would give is add an other status or event history about when the evaluations was sent to the college. When I login and check my account it just shows as order complete. Doesn’t give details about when the evaluations was sent to college. Thank you for your service :)

I’ll recommend IEE to everyone for transcript evaluation. I got my transcript within a week even though evaluating my transcript was not easy work. Long story short IEE understood the need and helped me. Plus IEE customer care is very helpful. They listen carefully and make you feel they really want to help you. Awesome service. Fully satisfied.

I am so thankful,IEE is the best evaluation institution you could ever find,the process was very diligent.I used WES before and it was a terrible experience and I had issues with basic things like contacting customer service but IEE did a very detailed Evaluation,they were always so helpful through chat,call and email and would provide the best customer service possible,they really did a wonderful work on time;They have Excellent and dedicated Professional staff ,I received my report more in depth than any other Evaluation could do it out there,I couldn’t ask for a better service !!

Quick review and great work
So far I am disappointed with IEE. My Evaluation has not been sent to me or the college I requested. I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me. I cannot recommend at this time.

Thank You for working to evaluate my Bachelor’s Degree credential. Because of the current pandemic and plus the location of where I earned my degree, the online communication from my University is severely slow. Gladly, I have my original credentials with me and I contacted IEE on what to do, I mailed it to them and I already received the credentials back. Working with them is seamless. If I need an evaluation again in the future, it would be with them.

I just wish agencies and companies like IEE, would see the option of providing services to people that are not as lucky as other who come from developed countries for example and are able to obtain things easily. In the world we are living, there are real issues in which business owners should work with people and step out and help. I come from Venezuela where the situation is really bad in every way, and IEE even though I have my transcripts originals and diploma, (which is the most important things to be able to do equivalence), asked me to have those transcripts from 10 years ago that I graduated, in a sealed/unopen envelope from a school that I don't even know if is capable to send emails anymore since they don't even have power most of the time and sheet of papers to work. Seriously??? There is something called COMPASSION and in the world we are living, those ideal situations should be changed because is just doesn't exist anymore. I do not recommend this agency due to the lack of compassion from people and professionalism. Also one told me one thing one day, the next day, another person told me a completely different thing. Not good! get real. Thank You!
They did not proceed effectively with one transcripts because lack of understanding of the double diploma institution by IEE. I had to gave up with this diploma for evaluation. I am disappointed because it took a lot time and almost did not meet with the dead line of the college. It was so demanding in pandemic times

Some days ago I wrote about my disagreement with your resolution about my studies. This is what I said: 1. College of BA in USA are 4 years, I studied 6 years in Ecuador 2. I also made a thesis to be graduated. 3. A friend of mine, that lives here. That studied in the same University in Ecuador the same studies, you gave here College and master. I hope you will reevaluate the result You answered that the standards change. I doubt about that answer, because BA here are 4 years. I am attaching the resolution of my friend. If you value your nerves, time, and money do not deal with this evaluation organization. 1. 6 months instead of 2-3 weeks 2. every strong pressure from Ms. Baker to re-do translation through IEE 3. We had to re-do translation 3 times (just because we had on original translation word "copy" but had notary stamp and apostle on it. 4. instead of 4 years of undergraduate degree in physical education and sport, I received 2 years of NO Specific/undergraduate credit 5. evaluator used wrong year archive and distance learning ( I was in full time face to face classes NOT distance learning) 6. On the moment of my graduation, my program was 4 years ( and 2,939 hours of full program with state scholarship) 7. Even years ago, AACRAO gave me 4 years of physical Education and Sport

I am happy with the evaluation itself, but the late responses from support, having to upload same document twice for someone to notice them and waiting 6 weeks for the evaluation to be done is not an ideal experience. Addionally I am still waiting for a reply to my email that I sent a week ago about a missing email copy of the evaluation that I have paid for. Please let me know whats going on with it if anyone reads the reviews.

I just wished that you will disclose all the charges up front as I assume the vast majority of your clients are not from this country, when placing the order you get a slap of 60 dollars per page translation fee, and after receiving my certificate 10 to 15 days is a little too much time to wait for what it is. but I appreciate your services.
They did great job. No delay, no surprise, and no additional burden to get my general equivalency report. Everything was explained clearly on the web page and customer service personnel were so responsive to my calls and messages. I recommend this company.

During the Education Equivalency Evaluation of my degrees acquired outside the USA, MyIEE saved me quite a lot of time and efforts, they worked so efficiently and sent me all the files without any delay of my plans and schedule.
