It's unfortunate that after spending almost $300 with your agency to provide a hard copy of my evaluation (which is stored at your company), that I will have to spend an extra $45 to get it emailed to me.

The evaluation process was super fast but its super inconvenient that you cant pay your invoice on the website (you have to wait to receive it via email). My evaluation was completed few days ago and I am still waiting on the final invoice to receive my documents back (after several emails). If not for that, it would be 5 stars.

a waste of time
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by the sudden price increase to $45 without any prior notice. Had I known this would happen, I would have chosen a different company for my evaluation. This feels very unprofessional and almost like a scam — after paying a significant amount for the evaluation itself, I now have to pay an excessive fee every time I request a copy. I do not recommend their services.

This was the fasted and most efficient Education Evaluators I have seen, I say this because before now I had used one other evaluator(wont mention their name) they didnt deliver and i missed the opportunity i neee my evaluation for and it took over 13 months to get my documents, but IEE did it in a few days dor way lessed price, I am currently in the US now studying thanks to IEE for their timely evaluation service

Bad Communication,said they didn’t have my original transcripts even I had proof that they received it, after I canceled my order they sent my original back… hotline always people who barely speak English… overall bad experience would tell EVERYONE to go with someone else.
The whole experience was very positive. They constantly communicated with me for every little detail that was missed. They even sent me a sample copy of the documents that I missed to submit for better understanding. The evaluyprocess was quick.
They were very quick to answer & to offer me the help!!

It was poorly executed; extreme delay in services delivery, seemingly biased and shallow evaluation which is being challenged by the University. To say the least, I am disappointed with the quality of service provided by the International Education Evaluations, Inc.

However, I strongly suggest to consider providing a full fledged degree evaluation instead of provisional for customers who upload the electronic version of their degree. They might be currently in the US and do not have much time in hand to directly connect to their college/university to provide you with the same. That will will be helpful. Thanks!
