They took much longer than they said they would on the website. On the website it said 3 days they took over a week to get it back to me. But overall communication was good.

There was a problem of my university sending my documents to the records@myiee.org email address. Then the support team provided another email and everything went well. The difference was in the domains of emails.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Although the initial communications I received were excellent and the evaluation was professionally done, it did not come in the expected time frame. After paying $200 for same-day service, it was frustrating that I had to wait four business days (and since this ran over the weekend, I was waiting six days total) to receive my report. It was also disappointing that I received no communication about this in the meantime, and I was the one reaching out, trying to figure out why the service I paid for wasn't being done. My transcript was sent by my university on Aug. 1. I didn't get my report until Aug. 7. Because of this, other things were delayed for both my immigration application and my employment papers. Thus, I haven't been able to start my job and I have missed all my training days. Perhaps that would have been the case regardless (we'll see when my immigration papers come through), but it certainly would have given me a better chance had the NACES report come when it should have. I gave two stars because I did receive my $200 refund promptly.

I asked International Education Evaluations to evaluate my master's degree. They first asked me to provide the translation. But, I contacted customer service and explained to them that my degree is bilingual. The customer service was nice. They informed their team and provided the evaluation one day after that day. I showed my degree to my lawyer and they said it looks good.
Process was quick and hassle free. IEE online assistance is so much better than other evaluation services.
The evaluation was very fas and in time so I'm very happy for that and also for not wasting my time.
IEE was so helpful throughout my transcript evaluation process. My transcript was less straightforward than a traditional one, but IEE’s support chat was always available, very patient, and extremely helpful throughout. When misunderstandings arose, they were ready to discuss and figure it out. I totally plan to use IEE again in the future.
