The evaluation is out of reality. You do not really evaluate the equivalence in the degree. You just give the same score for everything.
I am grateful with the services and more especially getting in contact with Carl to guide me. I was a little bit disturbed about the back and forth about non veritable email address knowing well they were authentic email addresses of the various Institutions. Hope some of these issues get resolve overtime to get the best of services from your evaluation team.

Their services was excellent and they delivered on time. The only challenge is getting all your questions answered by the customer team is a Hussle. I think they can do better by taking notice of the questions asked by customers instead of sending auto generated answers.

I tried before with another company and it was really disappointing, they don't even have a contact phone number. I have never seen such an unfriendly company. This process can be very confusing for professionals from other countries and it is important to maintain trustworthy and friendly communication between the parties, since you are handing over all of your ORIGINAL educational records and documents to a company that will not even answer a phone call. I had to cancel my order and asked them for a refund. Then, LUCKILY, I found International Education Evaluations, where their employees answered my emails even overnight. Everything was perfect, fast, professional and efficient. Nothing I can say is enough to describe my satisfaction with the staff and the work of your company. Simply thanks!

I am shorunke Folajimi, I entered for a review of two of my documents, a master's and undergraduate transcript. I will want to commend the very friendly response system of your chat room. it is awesome how they can guide and support clients. I had to request the evaluation of only my master's transcript as my school was having trouble sending official undergraduate transcripts. I was immediately refunded the balance even without my request for it. The most amazing thing was that, when I eventually requested an extra copy later on, it was sent within a few hours of my request. You guys are doing a great job. Keep it up.

I paid for a quick turnaround and made repeated follow-up calls over several days to make sure staff had everything they needed - and was assured they did. I was also assured that would contact me if they needed something else. I needed the quick turnaround for a job placement. When the timeline was close to being up I contacted your office yet again and again was told nothing else was needed. The next day I made another call and now was told something else was needed, at extra cost. I did this immediately but this delay caused me to miss the deadline for the job. When I sent an email about this (Lily) sent me a response saying they had contacted me about the additional requirement - this was not accurate. The only way I could give a positive review is if the rush order fees were refunded. To say your office had contacted me when they did not, to have made repeated enquires as to what else was needed only to be told they had everything they needed, the missing of the job deadline because of this - all override any actual service that was provided.

Customer service via chat is lousy. I needed help with the process that I paid for and the person only asked me to read a link without giving me the help that I requested. They never helped me until I sent an email and there the attention was good.

I’m too upset. I sent my diplomas from Russia. After the evaluation it’s appeared that you can not send them back to me, to Russia. You work only with DHL and FedEx, and they do not work with Russia because of sanctions. But I sent my papers to you via Pony Express easily. Ok, I gave another address - to my sister in Armenia. On my own way I have to solve and deliver from Armenia to Russia. But I paid already for getting them back. And now again mails from IEE and DHL… strange mails, that they need some more information, or they won’t send my diplomas and they’ll come back to IEE, but no information what they need. I waste so much time and nerves only with a question of delivery. Please just send them back to me! Please!

They are faster than the other evaluation agencies and the price is right also compared to others. The only thing I didn't like is that they charge you a verification fee and then they don't really verify anything, you have to contact your university yourself so they send them the original transcripts. Although they waive the fee after they get the originals, I don't really understand why they have that option in the first place. Overall, I am happy with the results. I would recommend IEE to get your evaluations.
The service was perfect. While I was awaiting the examination council to send my transcript I was able to be contact with an IEE representative, who reassured me all is well and they were waiting on it as well. After receiving it I received my evaluation in 3 days without paying the three day guarantee! IEE is absolutely prefect.
