Efficient and fast, the 3 working days deadline was respected. Remarks: Once at the end of the submission process and after paying, it was not very clear if the documents that had already been uploaded during the submission had to be re-sent by email or not. Back on my account, the uploaded documents had all disappeared from the “virtual office”, so I didn't know if they had been correctly transmitted or not. For safety, I uploaded the same documents several times when it was probably unnecessary. Finally, when you choose to send the evaluation directly to an entity, you don't know who or which service it will be sent to. In my case, it was the NIH, but I don't know who my evaluation was addressed to. It would be nice to specify.
As stated prior, when under the gun putting together a visa petition for our team members, getting U.S. degree equivalency certification is the least of my worries. Always, quick and on time without any problems. Looking forward to your 3 year bachelor certification, this could be a big help, would like to know more.

I was very surprised with the timely replies and prompt delivery . After first I was hesitating because I one requested to for such service from a different evaluating for naric statement spent money and never received positive results . Being in the developing country like Cameroon is difficult to convince a sponsor to believe in anything digital . So I spent more than a month convincing my sponsor to pay my IEE evaluation he did and said if it does not come out I will pay his money . IEE I was satisfied with your service it was timely . My delay from my university for them to sent my documents to IEE I suffered

I find it unacceptable that i cannot get the results that are already produced emailed to me promptly and for a reasonable fee. Results in the evaluation were also incorrect as they did not reflect the weighing of my classes. Overall got the impression that this is not a reputable organization.

I got the best and swift service, the Customer Service Representative that attended to me was very helpful and kind.
First we have some problems with my college email (because they changed it in the past quarter and IEE don't have it validated yet), but after a few phone calls with IEE's team members, all the questions was solved and I have a really great and fast service. Despite the initial hiccup, the service was great!

Late last week we reached out to IEE, asking for assistance in addressing concerns USCIS had with the IEE degree evaluation. IEE responded immediately. Although we will have to wait to see whether USCIS is happy now, we were very impressed with IEE's willingness to support.

The IEE should provide detailed instructions on how to complete the degree assessment, as some of the required fields are not easy for beginners to understand. For example, in the case of NAME OF DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATE, it is better to provide some options to choose from. It is necessary to add a function on the page to delete drafts or orders that have not been submitted. In addition, When CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY METHOD is selected as MylEE Institution Portal Complimentary, there was no institution for me to choose from. As this is a mandatory option, I cannot submit without choosing one.
