The evaluation was done promptly and sent home through the service I selected. There was a typo on the eveluation I received; I emailed them and within an hour they gad corrected the typo and mailed the evaluation at no extra cost. Very quick in responding to emails.
I called before I placed my order and they said I would get my translations on Friday, the fact was they emailed me on Monday at 12:40. I uploaded two documents and there were 5 mistakes in the translation, including my son's gender, my husband' name and my ID number. I provided the right information in English in my email again and they corrected only 3 of them. Due to the carelessness of the translator, I didn't get my correct final translations until Wednesday. The two stars are for the person who communicated with me and the format you are using. I myself can do a better and more careful job than this translator. I hope you check the quality of your translator's work once in a while and give them orientations about professionalism.

I think my equivalence was completely wrong, I warned you and you said it was correct, but how is a 440h MBA in Brazil equivalent to a 5-year degree? I don't understand, but you reinforced that this is your assessment and that you couldn't change it, ok. But I think that a 1-year MBA is not equivalent to a 5-year degree, for me it was even more advantageous, but ok. Thank you but I was suspicious and ended up doing the same equivalence in another company and it really was very different from yours.

But I don´t feel delighted because I'm still waiting for the refund that you told me I would receive. It is because, in the end, I didn't need the additional verification fee. It was one month ago

It's been over a week and I am still unable to access my report. Support has stopped responding to me. They send an automated email saying the report is attached but nothing is attached. You can not download the report from their website. No possibility of a refund. 0 stars

The entire process of obtaining a degree evaluation from IEE was quite smooth. To be more specific, I had my PhD from Japan appraised for immigration purposes (application to USCIS). I inquired about the process and the prerequisites via their chat options. They responded quickly and clearly. For evaluation, I merely need to upload a scanned copy of my diploma and transcript. The evaluation results arrived through email two days later.

Limitation of the online service,too much time I think the IEE much care about the money than the satisfaction of the client. In my evaluation they Make a mistake in my birthday and I have to pay for corrections it's a non sens.

As a native Spanish speaker who just needed an “official” translated document that wasn't done by myself, the evaluation was “ok.” The layout could have been much better, even resembling the original document itself. Having the original doc in landscape mode and providing a translation in portrait made it seem disorganized.
