I am a student with Georgia Tech. The most convenient aspect of doing business with IEE was its direct integration with institute's portal through which they securely delivered the official transcripts. Exchange of original internation education documents was also done well, I receoved them back in their original condition. The transcripts were timely delivered as well. I would have loved to rate the services better, had there not been an unwelcome surprise. IEE did not deliver a sealed copy of the transcrpts to my address. When enquired, they stated that the order was discounted one, which did not entitle me to receive a copy of the transcripts. While, I chose not to debate it further, the online application instructions clearly mentioned a question asking whether I would like to receive the transcripts over the same mail through which they would send back the original documents. However, in plain sight, there was no mention of the clause I was told of.

Even if you submit the required documents, you still have to wait for their processing time, which counts as Day 1 for them. Before you purchase, they may advertise a 3-day processing speed, but after that, there are many factors to consider, and they'll likely pressure you into paying an additional service fee. I am please with the service. I would recommend to put the transcripts in plastic mailing bag because it was raining the day I received mine and my papers were all wet and some smeared. It was stressful, luckily my evaluation was fine.

Easy, automated and hassle free process
At the beginning of the review, the customer service from the email wasn’t helpful on helping me understand how to use CSSD website and ignored my request for help which led to weeks of wasted time for the evaluation. So my evaluation almost past due date and it brought me much inconvenience. On the day my evaluation came out, the customer service who picked up my call was helpful and even followed up for my request.
They did a good job. Took short time and asked kindly if they needed additional documentation.

However, i suggest adding an additional service to verify documents for institutions for students whose schools lack a verifiable email or website. Your team has been good.l However feel l was made to pay twice on my evaluation and your turn around for the amendment is taking longer and it now looks like a fresh application. I expected the amendment to be done immediately.
The IEE service is good, but it could be improved to be more user-friendly and efficient. Once a user creates an account on IEE, they should receive accurate information quickly. This way, users will have a clear understanding of the overall situation.
