Service was very satisfactory. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the website need lot of improvement. Also when I submitted the order the confirmation email didnāt have all the items ordered and the total amount charged neither could I find it in the portal

They are not bad, but unfortunately, I find it pretty hard to say they are great. I requested it with three days guarantee, so I suppose that my case will be completed within 72 hours after submitting my documents. So I called them. However, they said that they could not guarantee anything and said, "Call me back IF THEY CAN FINISH MY CAST TILL TODAY and FIGURE IT OUT WHAT HAPPEN IN MY CASE

Hello, I am from Iceland and there was one requirement that yall have of us sending in two documents from our institution. StĆŗdentsprĆ³f (Matricultion Exmination) in English and Original language PrĆ³fskĆrteini (Examination Report) But in Iceland we only get one report which is the StĆŗdentsprĆ³f (Matricultion Exmination) in English and Original language. We only get that document and that is also the only document our institution has and provides. So maybe for future Icelandic clients not have that as a requirement, will make the process go faster and not as complicated.

Although my experience with IEE was good but I think there could be some improvement in user interaction and guidance part. At the beginning I was stuck in logging in my portal and the support wasn't enough to guide me through. I had to communicate back and forth to get to the issue. Else it was a wonderful experience.
