I got my wife's evaluation with IEE. Their support was amazing. I could expect a response from them within 1 hour irrespective of the time in the day. They also advised us of missing documents for their evaluation. They completed the evaluation within a week and sent back all originals along with their report. I am very pleased with their service.
Very Quick processing during covid times
International Education Evaluations went above and beyond. They made the process so much easier to bare given this was my first experience of needing an evaluation service. They answered all my questions (and there were a lot of them) and they were very prompt on getting back to me. Their customer service is top-notch!! They also had an amazingly quick turn around. I had a slight issue with my school not providing my documents in sealed envelopes to be "official" but both the school and IEE were able to use emailed documents from the school. I think this made the process much quicker in the virtual world we live in today. This also gave me the piece of mind that my original documents were getting lost in the mail. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond in making the process smooth and painless. I highly recommend IEE for your international educational evaluation services. WELL DONE!!

The three-year Graduat are followed by the two-year License(Congo-Kinshasa) but one year-year Licence( is in Congo-Brazzaville).

Didn't have a great experience. Needed an education equivalency for immigration purposes. After I filled out the forms and sent all the relevant documents, I was contacted by them asking for my high school transcripts, even though in the end I didn't even need them. This caused a delay while I tried to dig those up. Once they finally communicated to me that I didn't actually need the transcripts they requested, we had lost almost two weeks of time. I requested they proceed without it, and then they informed me it would still be another 10 days for them to process the document. I tried to speak to their customer service team but they were not helpful, my only option was to spend more money with them to expedite things. The biggest issue is that the whole delay was caused by them asking me for a document that they didn't even need, and ended up costing me additional money and time.
I really appreciate all your kindness and cooperation with my case. As Iranian case have many problems with accessing their original documents but IEE was a big help for me. Thanks again for all your cooperation. Best regards, Leila Tabrizi
I needed equivalency of my Swiss diplomas for the immigration purposes only and I did not have to mail the original papers which made me very happy. The price was reasonable. I was comparing IEE to the other companies, according to the price, timing, and they are the only company who said I do not need my original papers to be mailed. Their website was very clear, but they should put a sentence on it saying that “if you are doing your diplomas for immigrations only you do not need to mail us the original documents”. Very satisfied and recommend. Thank you!

The evaluation was faster than expected. The only worst thing it is that you need the original papers and a sealed fotocopy is not enough so you should contact with you country college and it is hard.

very professional when comes telling me what and how to get and prepare the doc in China, staff are patient thru phonecall, response emails typically in hours during the day. Considering might only use this type of service once or twice, price acceptable.

Simply fast service, it took 10 days for verification. The online chat service is quite helpful, and they do contact you if a few extra documentation is required.
Despite the price that may expensive for a student who just graduated, the translation and score conversion from European to American method was detailed and compliant. The paperwork was sent out to me by DHL, and I was deeply satisfied by the follow-up emails that I received during the process.

We had initially approached a few other providers BEFORE approaching IEE. It was very frustrating - either they didn't answer their phone, or provided what we later found out to be incorrect information to our questions. However, IEE was an absolute pleasure to work with !! They promptly answered the phone, clearly and accurately answering our questions. Any submissions were promptly acknowledged the and the service was AMAZING. We had requested expedited processing and everything was completed same day within hours. IEE also kept us apprised of how things were progressing. They also were excellent in some questions we had after the evaluation had been completed. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend IEE ! They are prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and extremely customer service oriented. Amazing job - we were very pleased !
