IEE online application system does not easily allow you to request an e-copy of evaluations. I paid for an e-copy and needed to call to get one after I was asked to pay an additional $50. On the other hand return of original documents is too expensive. Evaluation is not accurate, it is poorly interpreted in regards to 3-year Bologna compliant bachelor's degrees. Bachelor's degrees cannot be and should not be downgraded to Associate. Overall it cost me money and time and evaluation is useless. I wish I can request a refund.
We had a foreign transcript translated and evaluated. The whole process went very smoothly. They provide status reports on their progress with our request. The online service is easy to use. The results arrived quickly and the charge was reasonable. IEE provides great service!
The whole process was very prompt. If I had any inquiries, I had quick replies. The whole website explains the whole process. I definitely recommend them for evaluation services.

I am so grateful and delighted to have come across IEE through google search. My work was threatening to take me off the schedule by the end of the month until I had my certifications/qualifications from my home country evaluated to make sure its equivalent to the certifications/qualifications here in USA. I googled and IEE popped up. I was skeptical at first but I was desperate so I tried and I must say they did not disappoint me. They Saved my job. I got my evaluation on time. They were even the ones that told me what I needed to provide from my home country to be able to speed up the evaluation. Also anytime I go online on their website to check the status or send them an email, someone was always there to answer my questions. Thank you IEE.

The same document was used when I was signing up with the US Military. They however sent it to a place in NYC. World Education Center...or something along those lines. The analysis I received from there was a little bit different. Then again this was in 1991. Otherwise I am pleased with the result. It got me into the college I was applying for

I had a great experience with IEE in which they evaluated my academic transcripts for higher education purposes in the United States! They had a very quick turnover time and I received my transcripts by mail within 10 days!

The service was quick and customer service was good … my only issue is that even though my 1st and 2nd year credentials were mentioned on my final year(3rd) mark sheet you guys didn’t evaluated them …. It’s very hard for to get them reissued. Please see if something is possible.. Thanks

I got general verification done by IEE. The application process was easy and there were no hidden charges. Their team used to respond promptly to my queries. Also the whole process took less than 10 days. Their services are highly recommended.

One of the strong points of this firm is that they have online Chat in their Website and answered to my questions immediately. In addition, the price they received is a little cheaper that others. In addition, they evaluated my PhD qualification within around one week and half, however, I believe that it was quick. I strongly recommend other people to work with this firm.

IEE is a great organization to reach out to with your evaluations. The online portal of theirs made my application process, hassle free. I could keep track of the work order progress via the portal. The online customer service is the best, with a quicker response rate to my questions. I got my overseas degree (course-by-course work) evaluated with IEE and I'd highly recommend them for any evaluations you might have.
I would have given a 5 star except for one issue. Let me first say positive issues. The website was smooth, I talked by phone to two people, and both were very easy to talk to, and provided help. The service was fast, and information about receipt of materials, and every process was was provided on real time basis. The only concern was that the online chat was not very helpful. I was given impractical solutions after which I called and got practical help.
IEE Inc. gives update on work being processed. Also, you are informed swiftly once the process is completed. I would recommend to everyone. Quick turnaround time to complete order.

My experience with IEE was nice. The areas where i had some confusions their customer service was ready to help. And payment is easy if you have your right card details.
At the beginning there was a bit of confusion about my university certificates as my two Staatsexamen did not translate well into the American system. Although I thought I had paid for a rush service the document arrived 8 workdays later. But in the end I am satisfied, as I did not have to send in my original papers as scans were enough.

Fast and easy process. I take their regular processing package which takes 10-15 business days but they get my Diploma evaluation report done in a week. Highly recommended.
