I really liked the customer service. One of my mentioned university didn't get the evaluation, and the problem was resolved very fast via chatting with the live representative. My order was confirmed and evaluated in 2 days after they received the transcript from my university. Overall, a goood experience.
in my case especially, you have taken more than 10 days, if this is the case of everyone, it must be reduced to catch more client satisfaction.

I calculated my GPA with iWES and GPA calculator of your website and both of them considered the 16 score in 20 scale as A grade. But after receiving evaluation you calculated my GPA in a different way and all of 16 scores were considered as B grade.
IEE offered great service to verify my qualifications, the process was very quick and efficient. I also found that IEE's offering was better than other credential verifiers, they offered better services at more affordable prices.

The whole process was satisfying. The point that caught my eye was their early responses to WhatsApp inquiries. Generally, you may face some difficulties during the online process, and you need someone to answer your questions ASAP. This happened to me when I had my diploma evaluated at IEE. I am grateful for their sense of responsibility.

You had a very quick turnaround but I don't think my GPA eval was particularly accurate. A 16.9 was graded as a B+ but a 17 as an A. I would look at how you are translating Scottish grades.
