All in all, extremely satisfactory. The customer service is awesome both over phone calls and online chat. I could even reach them during the weekend. Ultimately I was satisfied IEE’s service, the do however need to rewrite their verbiage on what’s need for evaluation purposes. I did not see the point of asking for one’s original transcript and diploma and then ask the individual to in turn ask their University to send IEE the same transcript and diploma. In my view it would be much more easier if you get everything from the University.

I didn’t get the service I wanted, I was early action to my dream university and because of the late replies even tho paying more to get it on time to them and promising a 3 day guarantee that didn’t happen, and I got rolled over to regular decision that was the most frustrating , thing it got to them after a month and 2 weeks later but paid for a 3 day guarantee.

Hi Everything seemed acceptable. However, some points: At the online submission system, there was no requirement to upload the original PhD degree, and after several days, I received an email requesting for this, and I think this delayed my work. Also, I sent a message via Whatsapp as introduced at your website, but no one answered me. I heard from my friends that you completed the task in three days, but this was longer for me. Wish the best for you.
