I was truly impressed by the attention and customer support IEE provided. I needed an expedited evaluation for employment, and IEE delivered a thorough evaluation in approximately three business days after all my transcripts were received. Even with the expedited service, IEE was about half the price than other evaluation agencies. Customer care was always a quick email or phone call away and I could track the status of my evaluation through my customer profile.
I had a few issues before my evaluation was completed. I was told that I would be informed when my papers had reached the office and that never happened. Any time I tried to ask questions on the website about my order, the associate did not have any idea how to help me and it was frustrating as the customer. If I ever need to use this type of service again, I would not use this company as I did not have a good experience.

The evaluation was done quickly, but the way we had to attach the required documents was difficult for us who live in Quebec...translation and sending by a recognized institution and not by ourselves.

My very first experience with evaluation turned out pretty good! IEE company provided great job. I was quite confused at the beginning with what I really needed to make my evaluation done: just I was sure that the evaluation includes the translation option as a part of the deal. But your employees politely explained to me that they (evaluation and translation) are two different things. It was just the only misunderstanding that the IEE company successfully solved. I ordered a Evaluation because I needed my German high school education evaluated, I did some research and made sure beforehand with their customer service and even to the evaluation team what exactly I needed and what my expectations were. Not only did they Evaluate my High School Education wrong but also my Associates Degree just because it was in Scottish credits I acquired that already had U.S Recognition. Their Evaluation also wasn’t done in 3 days as stated on their Website. Customer Service takes forever to get a reply back. And even after explaining them that they didn’t do the evaluation correctly and completely ignored my expectations they are not issuing me a refund with the sole explanation that they provided the service I paid for. Which is definitely not the case!! A different company evaluated it the way I needed this is how I know their evaluation was incorrect. I do not recommend this service at all!
I would definitely recommend it to everyone, because when you have a question, they respond immediately and help when there is a problem, a super company.

Service quite supportive, you can easily talk to an agent for assistance or inquiry and the response is quiet fast. Just got disappointed with the fact that some of my emails were not seen and I had to resend my documents.

Hello,thanks for the opportunity.i sent a mail barely 2days ago about an order I made. Please I asked my institution(University of Capecoast and Nursing and Midwifery training college to send my certificates and transcript to Iee for evaluation but I realised when the evaluation was done, the nursing and midwifery college's transcript wasn't captured in the report. I requested for feedback on the reasons why but then no response has been given. Please am worried
