Good experience with IEE
I am very satisfied with the service I recently received from International Education Evaluation. When I called, the receptionist was keenly attentive to my problem. Her patience and kind culture put me at ease and helped me to properly articulate my thoughts and needs. I felt that I was important to her! Kudos to this lady and to the thorough and expedite manner by which IEE carried out my Masters Degree evaluation, giving me the opportunity to further my career! I sent in originals of my documents and I got them back, safe and intact. I am very pleased and will recommend IEE anytime. Thank you!
I am very pleased with the services I received from IEE. The equivalence of my education overseas to a 4-year US college/university degree was done accurately and professionally. Submission documentation requirements are clearly listed on the website. The fees are very reasonable in comparison with other companies. Moreover, I am very impressed with the amazing availability of reaching a customer rep for support through online chat even during the evening hours. They are patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. My credential evaluation report was completed and delivered after 3 business days. Fast and reliable service
IEE completed my evaluation quickly, and I used them because I was desperately running out of time to apply to my school. International Education Evaluations are too damn expensive and don't make sense! First, they advertise "GET YOUR INTERNATIONAL CREDENTIALS IN 3 DAYS" What they don't tell you is that you will pay extra for every stupid service including those 3 days advertised! They advertise a price of $165 reduced from $195. This does not include them giving you a copy, or even sending a copy to the institution. My fees went up to $295 for me to get evaluations in 3 days and to get a copy emailed. IEE then reached out for me to pay extra if I needed a hard copy sent to me. If you have time to look for cheaper, better and more straight forward service, please do so! I would not recommend this company!
I think you where over all professional, the live chat assistants where very helpful, there was an issue/confusion with the translation but it was fixed on time at the end and that's what matters, I would use your services again!

overall evaluation was done, but the evaluation against my professional qualifications were not given by IEE.
Excellent review, but I got a provisional report instead of an official report because I used scanned documents instead of official ones. Which the university I am applying won't accept. I aas given an otpional of asking my issuing institution to email IEE my transcript, which is difficukt at the moment as the university is on break.

Overall your platform is very intuitive and easy to work with. The whole workflow was easy to assimilate and your customer service by live chat is very good! My whole experience wasn't five start because my evaluation came with some divergent information that contains total length of my master degree as 1.5 years, that's incorrect since it's clearly written 2 years. I request a correction and the reply was that it won't interfere in the evaluation, that somehow I understand, but anyway I would like to have in my report the correct information.
The evaluation process was fast and I had no problems. Question were answered promptly and the staff is very friendly. They recognized the work I put into my secondary education and gave college credit accordingly.

I am currently so unhappy. My application wasn’t completed. All countries have their own specific requirements. I paid $250 for IEE to complete and evaluate all the requirements based on my country (Nigeria). The requirements which entails the evaluation of both my secondary school reports and my university reports. But unfortunately it was only my secondary school leaving report that was sent & evaluated. I paid extra $50 still, IEE didn’t evaluate my university transcript not to talk of sending it to the recipient. And even up till now the institution I’m applying to are still expecting the official evaluation of my university transcript. And it’s really painful because I don’t have any money at hand to pay extra fee to place an order that I already placed initially. I have spent all my money for this evaluation. I have also called and sent several mails, I was then told to pay extra $100. It’s really sad 😭.

The evaluation was processed in just enough time and they were sent to the requested institution like a dream by either contacting them by email or the Zara chatbot on the website. Though like many other companies there is some input required, the evaluation does take place swimmingly. The evaluation after submission was satisfactory to the institutions as well. Furthermore, I would highly recommend the rushed evaluation option or faster if required.
