As I don't know much about education evaluations, IEE responded quickly to all of my enquiries. When I missed out some information, they clarified with me and helped me immediately.
I would like you to specify in the evaluation which subjects correspond to each credit. For example: Mathematics (3)

Very efficient and fast but I do not think that the evaluation is right - comparing Grammar school to high school - there has to be a difference - it is not a 1 : 1 evaluation…

Overall, I am very pleased with the result and the efficiency, and hence with IEE. They do optimum use of technology to facilitate the desired service. The response was very fast and prompt. The customer support handles query very efficiently and friendly way. I would have appreciated more if the certificates return was handled by a courier service since USPS left the package outside the common mailbox and it was not handled safely.

I didn't do my diplomas evaluation for a quite long time, cause there were many stories around that documents were lost, and I know what pain, nerves and money it cost to reorder though documents in my country. Well, this company worked even better then they promised. Site is easy to use, dispatchers are always out there for help and navigate in many questions. Documents are evaluated accurately course to course, and IN TIME sooner then they promised. Thank you IEE :)

After trying to get my evaluation through a different group, it was a huge relief to discover IEE. My evaluation was completed quickly with a minimum of fuss. There was always someone available to chat, 24/7, and they were always able to look up my order and give me personal advice. I appreciate the Covid accommodation of allowing a provisional evaluation until client hard copies of qualifications arrive, as my university accepted this provisional evaluation and I was able to enrol quickly even though my hard copies are still en route. I have already received my written evaluation in the mail. A very positive experience all-round.
Overall the service was great especially Lulu and CJ. Just request one step forward suggesting will be much appriciate next time. (like if you know the goal for the customer, you suggest the best solution for each customer, sometimes you have to guess what they want to achive and guide them what is the best solution.)

I needed my South African High School diploma evaluated very urgently. I phoned and spoke to Red , actually I spoke to Red several times since I kept on calling back to ask for advice. I received the evaluation that afternoon. This was a very professional and speedy service and Red was extremely helpful

In the review I must say to your team that, I got every individual subject evaluations but really didn’t get at all that my master is equal to what according to the US education. Actually in Pakistan there is one only organization which called HEC ( Higher education commission) which is giving a certificate in which clearly mentioned that my foreign education is equivalent to what in Pakistani education system. So, you must give a certificate in which you must mentioned that your all education is equivalent to this and that as per US education system. I really didn’t get that my master from Pakistan is equivalent to what to US education system. Thank you so much.

The IEE truly does get your evaluations done in less than 5 business days. I called a bunch of other NACES members for evaluations and you guys are the only ones who make fast and reliable evaluations in such a short amount of time. On top of that, your website is ASTOUNDING. Best website out of all the other NACES members, and an online ordering portal. Other places would have made you mail the hard copy of the transcript. This is hands down the best evaluations services the United States has for students who went to school abroad.
contacted IEE for an academic evaluation for college since i did my high school in Zimbabwe (outside the US) . The application easy and straight forward ,just sent my original documents and after 4 days my evaluation was sent via email to my college.
The service of this evaluation company is superb, I don't write reviews but I had to when I saw the email requesting me to do so. 1. They exceeded the expected deadline by over producing my report in tow (2) days. 2. The customer service is exceptional, the agent stayed on the phone and assisted with the completion of the application form. 3. The emailing service of getting my transcript straight from my University to IEE was a big aid. I have and will continue to recommend IEE.

When I called for quote they told me that that the transcript will take 5 business days. I took over 4 weeks. Also,Ask for a paper evaluation and ask only to pay 15 dollars for the mail back the evaluation and my documents and I got to be charged 30 dollars. It was the same address.
